Summary Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as a Car Park Assistant plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service.The Hours: Weekends and Bank Holidays from 9.30am to 3pm The Salary: £20,275 FTE £10.50 per hour What its like to work here Dyrham Park is a busy National Trust property close to Bath and Bristol. Our Car Park Assistants work closely with the Welcome and Service Team to ensure that visitors first impressions of us is of a high standard and sets the tone for the rest of the visit.We are friendly, supportive team who work well together to achieve this. Although a busy site, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. What youll be doing You’ll be working outside, meeting and greeting our visitors, providing help and guidance on where to park and may be required help visitors use the car park machines. Youll help to keep the car park and surrounding area in good order, and provide a courteousand informative service to our visitors.You’ll also be responsible for answering queries and making sure visitors can find everything they need for their visit. When interacting with our customers, you’ll inform them of the amazing work we are doing and what their money is funding, promoting localprojects or promoting our cause.As this is an outdoors role, youll need to be comfortable working in all weather conditions.Please also read the full role profile attached to this advert.
