Job Description

Are you an internal sales professional with a passion for the oil and gas industry Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills If so, you might be the perfect candidate for our Internal Sales Coordinator position.We are a leading oil and gas services company in Aberdeen, Scotland, providing innovative solutions to our clients across the UK and beyond. We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic and friendly team and support our sales operations.As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales teamCreating and reviewing sales reportsOffering after-sales support to customersPreparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requestsKeeping customers updated with relevant product information and expected delivery datesLiaison with Internal & External Sales Team and other departments as requiredProcessing of purchase orders and creating job packs for the workshopsUpdating planner for our busy workshopsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar roleKnowledge of the oil and gas industry and its products and servicesProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA positive and proactive attitudeIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV and cover letter to our email address.
