Job Description

Reed Accountancy is delighted to be supporting a well-respected education organisation based in Montrose on an Accounts Receivable Clerk role whichstarts as a 6 month contract with room to go permanent after this period.The organisation is entering a new chapter and they are looking for an experienced finance professional to join them for an immediate start to support the business with key credit control and billing duties. This role is full-time Monday – Friday workingin an easily accessible office space.The organisation offers a range of training services to the onshore and offshore market and are accredited with top accolades in their field.Key Responsibilities

Processing sales invoices and credit notes
Posting and coding invoices on accounts
Proactively contacting debtors regarding outstanding balances
Handling customer queries
Supporting the Credit Manager with ad hoc duties

Candidate Attributes

Experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience within a large volume experience
Ability to manage multiple workloads
