We have an exciting Digital Training Delivery Manager position available. The successful candidate will take principal responsibility for the digital transformation of course content and learner engagement. You will be the main focal point for deliveringthe vision of immersing technology throughout course delivery.We are the UK’s biggest energy sector training provider. We are passionate about up-skilling and empowering workforces to ensure a prosperous future where allworkers, organisations and our industries thrive.Employee Benefits Include:• All meals on duty are free, offering an onsite Chef and Buffet every lunch• Unlimited Starbucks Coffee• HSF Health Scheme 2Responsibilities Include:• Provide project management tools for project work• Track projects for bespoke technical training and competence projects as required• Develop new training techniques• Provide delivery trainer feedback and assist with personal development plans• Develop systems designed for trainers’ use to aid in their development• Design and plan classroom layouts to maximum learning experience• Develop skills coach philosophy• Utilise technology to aid engagement using Company and 3rd party technology (R3, VR, AR, etc)• Monitor delegate and program feedback tools to increase feedback• Digital adoption of course material• Implement technology in lesson plans (simulation, VR AR, etc)• Train staff on digital tools for use in teachingExperience:• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and implementing change• Experience of managing multiple projects• Knowledge of current technologies available• Experience of design, development and delivery of training programmes and lesson plans• Strong interpersonal skills• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively• Proactive and hands-on approach• Solutions-focussed• Takes responsibility and ownership
