Job Description

HR & Administrative AssistantDyce, Aberdeen (Hybrid)Part Time (30hours)Temporary Contract for initial 3 Month PeriodPay Rate £12.72ph - £24.12ph D.O.EI am working with a growing client within the aviation sector who are looking for administrative support in their HR Team on a temporary basis to assist with a backlog of work.Benefits:

  • Potential for role to be extended or become permanent
The successful candidate will predominantly focus on:
  • Reviewing and implementing flexible working requests
  • Monitoring sickness absence, processing holiday calculations and liaising directly with the payroll team
  • Assisting with pre-employment tasks such as vetting 5-year work/unemployment/education history, through to processing security passes and issuing contract of employments
  • Monitoring sickness absence
Looking for someone:
  • Who has experience in a similar HR Administrative Role
  • Will be able to pass enhanced checks covering 5-years work/unemployment/education history and Criminal Record (Disclosure Scotland)
  • Is able to start a new role ASAP
