Job Description

HR AdviserDyce, AberdeenHybrid Working Temporary for Initial 3 Month Period£14.42 - £16.8240 hrs a week with flexibility around start / end times Start DateASAP I am delighted to be working with one of our core clients in the oil & gas sector, who are looking for an experienced HR Adviser to join their HR Team on a temporary basis to support with a busy period.The successfulcandidate will, provide a range of support to the team including recruitment, advising management and dealing with employee queries.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, supportive team in a successful and growing business, which could lead to a contract extension or permanent role. Please see more details below:Duties include:

  • Assisting with end-to-end recruitment, ensuring legal compliance
  • Advising Managers and Employees on HR Queries, Policy and Procedures
  • Line Managing 2 HR Admin Supports
  • Assisting with the implementation of a new HR System
  • Supporting with other tasks and project work as required
To be considered for these roles, candidates must have the following:
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor Level Role
  • Confidence dealing with Recruitment and Selection
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR practice
  • Ideally CIPD qualified with experience implementing a new HR System
