My fantastic client based in Dursley are currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.This role plays a vital part of the Supply Chain team and the successful candidate will ensure all delivery paperwork is submitted on time to ensure correct delivery and receipt and invoicing of direct deliveries. You will also manage all stock at the 3PLsites to ensure stock holding on the companys systems.The successful candidate must be able to use excel to a high standard and be able to manipulate data.Responsibilities/Duties;-Collation of data and publication of daily, weekly & monthly dispatch service level reports.-Collation of data and publication of weekly and monthly inbound supply service levels.-Management of stock at 3PL sites.-Development of relationships with key personnel at all 3PL sites-Reconciliation of stocks-Management of inbound delivery schedule into 3PL warehouses.-Liaising with supplier base to provide delivery pre-advice to 3PL warehouses.-Tracking of inbound deliveries and post-delivery stock adjustments to ensure accurate receipt of stock-Management and tracking of stock in 3PL warehouses to ensure correct rotation of BBE dates.-Investigation of customer returns and releasing stock back onto sale as appropriate.-Recording and expediting non-conformance claims with hauliers and warehouse partners as and when agreed.-Provide stock management reporting to the wider business detailing stock levels, BBE dates & rate of sale to identify stock at risk of running out of date.-Pro-actively working with Sales Team, Customer Service and Demand Planning, through regular meetings, to identify stock at risk of running below minimum life and to implement, action and report on plans to address.Candidate Attributes;-Strong attention to detail.-Methodical and thorough approach to work, but with an ability for out of the box thinking.-IT Literate with excellent working knowledge of Excel.-Organised and good at prioritising tasks.-Tenacious and pro-active with a drive to bringing tasks to completion.-A great team player.Hours - Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8am-3pmSalary- £26,000 + 25 days holidays
