Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
  • Build knowledge, skills and confidence across assessed needs
  • Work in partnership with the frontline and clinical team to identify opportunities to deliver individual support packages
  • Lead group sessions and 121 sessions
  • Formulate recovery pathways in consultation with the service users
  • Take a person centred approach with service users
To be successful as an Occupational Therapist, you will:
  • Be registered with the HCPC
  • Have two years experience of working with people with Mental Health needs
  • Be experienced in providing practical and emotional support that enables service users to achieve defined objectives
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form effective relationships with service users
  • Be resilient and tenacious in your approach
