As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Build knowledge, skills and confidence across assessed needs
Work in partnership with the frontline and clinical team to identify opportunities to deliver individual support packages
Lead group sessions and 121 sessions
Formulate recovery pathways in consultation with the service users
Take a person centred approach with service users

To be successful as an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Be registered with the HCPC
Have two years experience of working with people with Mental Health needs
Be experienced in providing practical and emotional support that enables service users to achieve defined objectives
Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form effective relationships with service users
Be resilient and tenacious in your approach
