Job Description

Our client is a reputable company, specialising in precision engineering they supply finished components and assembly parts to a variety of industries, including, Nuclear, Medical, Aerospace, Automotive and Oil and Gas.Due to ongoing success, our client is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their innovative and friendly team.(CNC Machinist) - Position Overview

  • Small batch production - running more than one machine
  • Programme/Set & Operate machines
  • Manufacture high quality components which are compliant to drawing against the production plan
  • Operating within a safe environment, abiding by Health & Safety regulations
  • Working independently & as part of a team to share knowledge and maximise efficiency
(CNC Machinist) - Position Requirements
  • Experience on Hurco and Haas machines (advantageous)
  • Experience using Edgecam/ Vero / Solid works
  • Willingness to learn
  • Desire to sustain a high standard of skills and craft
  • Ability to operate more than one machine
  • A motivated and organised individual, possessing a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to Programme/Set & Operate machines
(CNC Machinist) - Position Remuneration
  • Company pension scheme
  • On-site parking
  • Monday - Friday (7:45 - 4: 30)
  • Early finish Friday (12:30)
  • £11.00 - £14.00 p/h
