Job Description

Customer Service AdministratorDursleyNegotiable Salary DOEMy established client, one of the largest in their industry, are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This is an exciting new role for my client due to their growth, and an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong Excel to join an exciting and growing company.The Role

  • Tracking reports and orders
  • Liaising with customers
  • Analysing stock data and amending values
  • Liaising with third parties to ensure stock is collected and delivered correctly
  • Notifying customer of any potential issues that may occur
  • Ensuring orders are accurately processed and invoiced on time
  • Assisting with the retail supply chain
  • The Candidate
  • Must be able to build strong relationships
  • Experience working within the food and drink sector is desirable
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes would be an advantage
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Must have a strong work ethic and keen to learn
  • Strong problem-solving skills
