Connect2Kent are looking for a part time Cook in Detling, to work with a short break unit who provide overnight short breaks for Children and young people with learning disabilities and health needs. Working 2pm - 6pm, Monday - Friday.Your role will be considered as customer facing, preparing nutritious meals for up to four children and three members of staff at one time. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the kitchen, complying with Health & Safety requirements, checking equipment and ordering supplies.Application requirements: * You must hold a current level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate * Basic awareness of COSHH * A DBS check is required for this post if successful at a cost of £54.(Unless on update service) * You will be required to register at our office in Kings Hill, West Malling if successful.
