We are currently working in collaboration with a leading civil and reinstatement company. The role will involve working on behalf of a wide range of clients throughout London and the South East. This position offers excellent long-term career growth potential along with extensive training.Salary to £50k | Company Vehicle + Fuel card | Pension | 20 Days HolidayKey Essentials:* You will be required to tender on reinstatement projects with values ranging from £25k - £500k* Your role will involve organising appropriate tender enquiries from key clients in the industry* You will be responsible for administrating correspondence and tender documents* When preparing tenders you will be responsible for all build ups and take offs taking into consideration of all plant, transport and labour, outputs and programme of works* You should have a good understanding of estimating processes and tender buying* Your role will involve the handover of tender files to the project team* You will be responsible for investigating cost effective and / or alternative solutionsRequirements:* You should ideally be qualified in Civil Engineering or have relevant Reinstatement / Utility Estimating experience* You should have had previous experience working as an Estimator for a Reinstatement or Utility company* You should have a good knowledge of Estimating Processes and Tender Buying* You should possess excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office Packages#reinstatement #resurfacing #excavation #utilities #highways #tender #estimate #asphalt #tarmac #materials #telecom #power #gas #waterBy applying for this position, you are agreeing for CVL:LDN to hold and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
