Position:You will be the first point of contact with customers, engineers and internal staff calling into a busy service desk. You must have a basic understanding of IT Desktop Support and have experience in dealing with customer calls. Key responsibilities will involve:• Service call logging• Providing basic telephone support to internal and external bodies• Helping to ensure SLA targets are being met• Assisting the Technical Support team with any requests• Ensure escalation are raised to the correct departments/managersTo enable you to grow and progress, our clients management team has put in place not just the funds, but the support to enable progression. Whether you need time off to sit exams, or you need to operate a flexible schedule to accommodate an evening class, or you need your manager to give you more exposure to something new, our client will accommodate your needs.
