Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Sales administrator to work within a small team to ensure that they meet their sales targets by supporting internal/external sales processes.Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Maintaining and updating customer records within CRM system and SAGE systems.
  • Processing of sales enquiries from quotation through to completion of order.
  • Answering of inbound telephone enquiries supporting both sales and service divisions.
  • Formulate quotations in line with agreed procedures and recording in an accurate and timely manner to the CRM database.
  • To ensure that all incoming repairs are accurately captured on the company CRM system & manage the tracking of order numbers.
  • Recording and processing of website and "Live chat" sales and enquires, recording activity using google and CRM reporting systems.
  • Adopt safe working practices in line with Company procedures and to undertake appropriate training in Health and Safety
  • To adopt a professional approach at all times and with confidentiality (when necessary) in a discreet manner.
  • Supporting and updating agreed divisional KPIs and records.
  • From time-to-time support the division and team members with functions as required.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
  • Demonstrable ability of working on own initiative and collaboratively within a small team.
  • Experience of working with CRM, word, Excel and SAGE operating systems (or equivalent).
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Be able to prioritise workload and organise items within the workplace
  • Have a strong common-sense approach to problem-solving
  • Strong focus on Customer Service
