Unfinished Basket Sales AdvisorLocation: Crewe, CheshireType: Permanent/ Full TimeSalary: 22k, plus uncapped commissionSummary of Role:Part of a highly successful Europe-wide group with a turnover in excess of £400m, H2eCommerce, based in Cheshire, operates market-leading online retailers Cartridge People and Cartridge Shop. The company has recently diversified into the supply of 3D productssuch as 3D printers, filaments and parts to the UK market, which is based on the Groups already strong 3D eCommerce presence in the Netherlands.This is a brand new role in the department and we are looking for someone with fantastic customer service twinned with phone and sales experience.The Unfinished Basket Sales Advisor will call customers and close the deal. Are they having issues checking out Provide assistance. Not sure if they can get the product cheaper Provide assurance. The Unfinished Basket Sales Advisor closes the sale by providinggenuine advice and knowledgeand earns a nice commission for doing so.Alongside a fair salary, you will earn commission based on your sales conversions. The sky is the limit with this and our Sales team earn a comfortable wage each month that we are all proud of.You will receive training on our products and we will also provide ongoing sales support training that will help you to progress to the top of your game.
