Job Description

Requirement for an organised Sales Advisor to support a busy sales team, owning and managing the sales process from initial enquiry to delivery to ensure ongoing excellent customer service.Ford & Stanley – The Rail Recruitment Experts are recruiting a Sales Advisor for a leader in the manufacture of components and spares for the Railway and Rolling StockThe OpportunityFord & Stanley Recruitment are working with a leader in the manufacture of components and spares for the Railway and Rolling Stock on their search for Technical Sales Advisors in Crewe and Coventry. This role will involve liaising with customers via e-mail,over the phone and face to face to provide quotes and answer questions about the company’s services. Once quoted, the successful applicant will help to Project Manage through to delivery, ensuring good communication between different departments to achieveagreed upon timeframes.Location:CreweRole and Responsibilities:

  • Development of customer relationships
  • Project managing orders from quote to delivery
  • Working with various internal departments to ensure successful delivery of projects
Essentials
  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Desirable
  • Previous experience using an MRP system.
