Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our well established client based in Crewe. This is a full time permanent role with a salary of £21,839 plus overtime and bonus.In this role, as the first point of call you will be answering around 75 calls a day, ranging from general customer queries, to arranging add ons or making changes to service plans. This is a fast paced role where no two days will be the same and you willnever be bored!The successful candidate will be available between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday, with availability to work 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm which will be paid at time and a half. This can be an office based role, hybrid with 3 days in the office and2 from home, or fully remote - the choice is yours! Previous experience of remote working would be required to be considered for a fully remote position.Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous, as the successful candidate must be confident with a professional and friendly phone manner, and be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
