Allowing the more experienced applicants to join in the right role for them, with enthusiastic starters provided with theright training and guidance to progress their career.The role The role of Trainee Sales Executive is really important to us. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales of a unique insurance proposition to our customer base, from lead qualifying to binding policies. This position will requireworking closely with our broking and account management teams to ensure the best quote and service throughout the life of the policy.Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Contacting new and existing customers over the phone and by email about our insurance products
  • Working on multi division leads
  • Work towards sales targets and be financially rewarded
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales manager and marketing team to support them with adapting their marketing campaigns and other work to best support you in winning new clients
