Job Description

Location: Radius Campus, Crewe, CW1 6BD (10-15-minute walk from Crewe Train Station)Hours: 08:30 - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)*Please note - we are unable to offer remote/hybrid working or sponsorship for this position*Job Purpose...We are looking for both trainee and experienced people to join our Telecoms Lead Generation team. These vacancies will be located in our modern, well-appointed office in Crewe.Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to schedule appointments for our field-based sales teams.
  • Update our CRM system showing activity, tasks and noted conversations
  • Achieve set KPIs on call activity, pipeline and appointments booked
Skills needed for this role
  • Excellent communications skills; demonstrating confidence and attention to detail.
  • Money motivated and ambitious to hit and exceed targets.
  • A positive attitude towards customers
