Job Description

My client is an innovator in their field. If this is appealing to you, we want to meet you.We are looking for an exceptional Principal Systems Engineer who can

    • Play a key role in developing new technologies and product ideas.
    • Define and execute test strategies for new products to ensure high quality products are produced.
    • Actively participate in the Product Development Process to ensure a systems design mindset is applied to any product design decisions.
    • Project management the key development projects to ensure a timely release to market for all new products.
    • Collaborate closely with the new product introduction team, to ensure all new products meet a Design for Manufacturing/Service Mindset.
    • Drive change in the development process to improve efficiency within the department.
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:
    • Educated to BSc level or equivalent experience (MSc /PHD preferred) in a scientific discipline.
    • A strong background in Mass Spectrometry is DESIRABLE within a commercial environment
    • A clear understanding of scientific instrumentation and working with data IS ESSENTIAL
    • Project management experience including Agile, and more traditional approaches.
    • Cross-functional team player with international mindset.
