We need to care about people, and we always like to have a little fun as we do it.About the Customer Service Specialist roleOur Stock Control will support the day shift by working closely with varied member of our inventory team, this will include our night shift stock controllers. You will have regular contact with other areas in the business including returns, warehouse and the operational management team.You will need to demonstrate your enthusiasm to become an integral part of the team and ensure all our stock is managed in the most efficient way possible.Heres what you can expect to be doing as our Customer Service Specialist:- Data entry on to Excel- Balance stock including Bulk Items- Completion of daily reports- Complete Clerical work for the goods in department- Work with Warehouse management systems (GEAC)- Assist the night shift with any missing stock- Process purchase order receipts- General administrations duties- Eliminate non – picks- Minimising missing stock and incorrect stock movements- Support the reduction of items in the red areaA few things about our ideal Customer Service Specialist:Our Stock Control officer needs to be a methodical thinker who approaches any problems with logical thinking.
