Job Description

SEO ExecutiveLocation: Crewe/ RemoteType: Permanent/ Full TimeSalary: 35k per annumSummary of Role:Part of a highly successful Europe-wide group with a turnover in excess of £400m, H2eCommerce, based in Cheshire, operates market-leading online retailers Cartridge People and Cartridge Shop. The company has recently diversified into the supply of 3D productssuch as 3D printers, filaments and parts to the UK market, which is based on the Groups already strong 3D eCommerce presence in the Netherlands.We are recruiting for an SEO Executive to join our vibrant Marketing team.Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the SEO Executive will implement and continually develop the Companys SEO strategy for the Cartridge People brand. You will create and develop interesting and informative content for our target audience, themain objective being to increase the visibility and awareness of the brand. This role has the direct report of an SEO Content Writer, to assist and support as required.The SEO Executive will be passionate and excited about SEO opportunities and will be keen to continually work to best practice and to maintain an awareness of current SEO trends and techniques. Your personable approach will help you to build and maintainrelationships with external publications such as digital publishers, bloggers and journalists.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Inbound Marketing* Produce and publish creative content that can be used to acquire backlinks from relevant sites, blogs and publications* Primarily responsible for the outreach campaigns and link-building activities for Cartridge People to webmasters, journalists and influencers as required* Build relationships with those in industries relevant to the brand* Provide support to the SEO Content Writer. Distribute tasks and conduct annual/ probation reviews and 1:1s as necessary* Plan and execute outreach strategies to drive performance. Use analytics tools to evaluate strategy. Report the effectiveness of strategy to senior management* Regularly produce various content: email, social media posts, blogs and white papers* Develop SEO campaigns to drive leads and subscribers to the websiteTechnical SEO* Conduct SEO technical audits on the website and report on findings* Technical monitoring and housekeeping of the website* Maintain best practice technical SEO* Reporting on Performance* Track and report on all SEO performance metrics* Use analytic tools to evaluate success, implement changes and design future campaigns for wider business projects * Analyse content performance and adjust and optimise as required to improve performanceKey Relationships* Report to the head of Marketing* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and wider teams to see projects through to completion* Support for the SEO Content Writer* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments within SEO and the brand product rangeSkills Required:* 2 years minimum experience in an SEO role* Excellent understanding of analytic tools and website data: Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush* Able to demonstrate and convey current data accurately * Strong communicator, both written and spoken.
