* On going training and development* Car driverSales NegotiatorJob Description Sales Negotiator - Crewe Reports To: Sales NegotiatorLocation: Prominently Crewe, but expected to work from both offices as neededKey Tasks:Promote properties For Sale and manage enquiriesSolicit and Conduct high quality viewingsSolicit, Promote and Negotiate Offers, checking chains and proof of fundsProvide vendor feedback and where appropriate seek price reductions or other concessionsKeep all parties up to date and informed on a regular basisWork with CRM and buyer applicants to secure additional valuation opportunitiesMaximise opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal and financial servicesAssist and support colleagues to secure key company goals and objectivesBe an excellent ambassador for Whitegates, delivering a high service level and obtaining positive feedback and reviewsHours:Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.30, Saturdays on a rota 10-4pm(Some flexible working might be an option for a high quality candidate)Salary Range£25-30k package, with scope to exceed uncapped commissionsDevelopmentAdditional responsibilities are available for a well-qualified candidate, or who can grow into such a role.
