Job Description

Exciting Sales Ledger Analyst position with a continuously growing business based in Crewe. This role will offer a salary up to £25,000 depending on experience.Client DetailsPage Personnel are working with a highly successful and well known business, with a diverse and vibrant workforce. Due to the growth of the team, they have an opportunity for a Sales Ledger Analyst to join them at this exciting time.DescriptionSales Ledger Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing Sales Ledger to ensure accurate postings and aged debts are actioned
  • Completion of month end tasks to ensure a smooth month end
  • Deliver cash receipting and ledger KPIs
  • Recoveries administration and contact with outsource partners
  • Claim management and administration
  • Daily banking posting of payments and bouncers into financial systems
  • Recoveries support to include accurate record keeping, communication with recoveries agencies and cost control
  • Responsible for UK Manual Payers Accounts and ensuring money is collected before month end
ProfileThe candidate will have/be:
  • Experience working within a Finance team - Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
  • High attention to detail - Required
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven - Required
  • Ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines - Required
  • Working knowledge of Sage100 and Oracle ERP - Desirable
