Job Description

More About the Sales and Service Operative Opportunity:Our Sales and Service Operatives play a vital part in the operation and the customer journey by rolling up our sleeves up to get things done. Their focus is to deliver excellent customer service and assist with any sales related queries.Our ideal candidate will be self-driven with a caring approach to customer service.We offer excellent internal development opportunities, and we provide full training on site.

  • Salary: £21,424 per annum
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm
  • Job Type: Full time and permanent contract
  • Location: AO Latchford Building, Weston Road, Crewe
Heres What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our Sales and Service Operative:
  • 100% admin-based customer service
  • Replying to customer queries via text and through eBay
  • Maximising sales via all sales streams
  • Support Elek direct (discounted products with pack damage etc)
  • Process refunds
  • Update stock on the system
  • Inputting orders
  • Assist with customer product queries
  • Listing items direct to our website
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to move products
  • Report to site manager

  • While working it is important that we all work together to stay motivated throughout the shift, therefore you must be able to work independently and work well within a team.
  • Customer Service experience (Essential)
  • Computer Literate (Essential)
