Job Description

Here at Reed Chester I am currently looking for an ExperiencedSales Administrator to join one of my Fantastic Clients based in Crewe.If this sounds of interest to you, please see details below...Hours of work- 8:30am - 17:00pm or 9:00am - 17:30pmSalary- £22 - £25,000 Per AnnumJob Purpose-The main purpose of this role is to provide focused support for our external Clients and internal ClientAccount Management team to support end to end show home solutions. This includes managing thedaily internal and external administration and communication to allow the work stream andrelationship to function proactively. Working closely with the companys Client Account Managers whowill be responsible for the high-level account management of the Clients, you will engage with our in-house departments and external clients in both the pre and post installation stages of show homedesignKey Responsibilities- Manage the co-ordination & expectations of the Client Account Managers and SBI Client requirements- Manage the content of weekly scheduled meetings with Client Account Managers to include;- Updating of sales forecasts- Updating of systems including the in-house Design Costings system- Managing the accurate content of the Client Accounts Managers schedule through to the Design Team- Weekly progress report- Work with the Design team and Client Account Managers to ensure accurate budget and quotations are produced pre presentation and installation- Liaise and coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure schemes and briefs meet presentation dates- Manage Clients expectation on delivery of miscellaneous quotations & communication- Manage post installation additional requirements from request to quotation through to installation- Working to scheduled and tight deadlines- Ensure accurate and efficient running of projects between Sales, Operations and Design Teams- Provide all sales administration for Clients and Client Account Managers from pre-signoff to installation including the administration for ad-hoc and additions quotes.- Support the Client relationship when Client Account Managers are unavailable.- Use the in-house systems and communication tools, including Workplace, to communicate internally with departments in a timely manner.Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills- Previous experience of working within a fast-paced sales, account management or customer service environment- Experience in an administrative or PA role supporting key stakeholders- Excel in relationship building owing to your strong communication skills- Excellent organisational skills, a planner; adept at prioritising and able to meet deadlines- Able to operate both independently as well as contribute as part of a team- Keen attention to detail and takes pride in presentation of work- You must have an excellent standard in literacy and numeracy and excellent computer literacy- Experience of working with Excel to create reports and logging information- Confident in liaising with internal and external customers at all levels, both written and verbal- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and support the business through operational changes.- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive with a can-do attitude.If this role is of interest to you please apply now!
