We need to care about people, and we always like to have a littlefun as we do it.More About the Route Planner (Nights) Opportunity:Our Route Planner (Nights)play a key part in our operation. As part of the routing team, you will provide feedback and work closely with our planning department to build a robust plan around driver resource and order volume. This will then be followed throughto execution with the focus being on efficiency and our customers expectations.

  • Salary: £13.29 per hour / £26,265.00 per annum
  • Hours: 5 on 4 off, 3pm-1am (38 Hours a week)
  • Job Type: Full time and permanent contract
  • Location: AO Logistics, Weston Road, Crewe
Heres What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our Route Planner (Nights):
  • Plan resources for multiple locations across the country
  • Execute an efficient plan using Paragon routing software
  • Coordinate with multiple depots locations
  • Ensure all vehicles are routed in line with current regulations
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the Routing Manager
  • Calculate daily trailer requirements
  • Provide accurate daily reporting
A Few Things About Our Route Planner (Nights):
  • Experience with paragon or other routing systems would be beneficial
  • Understanding of costings in a logistics environment
  • Understanding of drivers hours and regulations
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt easily to change
  • A positive helpful attitude
