We are the UKs largest off licence operator with a growing convenience offer under our fascias of Bargain Booze, Wine Rack,Select Convenience and Central Convenience across over 800 stores, with an ongoing desire to open a high number of stores in the immediate and long term future.We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated customer service professional to join our Retail Support Team as Retail Support Adviser providing critical and high quality support to our Franchisees.Playing a front line telephone based role supporting our franchisees, you will work with your fun and lively colleagues to ensure that you provide the best possible support to your clients, assisting with all manner of queries an, doing everything you can tohelp them to drive sales and ensure good customer service in their stores.As the ideal candidate you will have excellent customer service and communication skills, ideally with experience in providing this over the telephone. You will have good attention detail and be target driven, able to deliver to tight deadlines in a faced paced,results driven environment. You will be a positive and motivating team member with demonstrable organisational, communication and team work skills.You will be adaptable to the needs of a fast growing business whilst maintaining professionalism and working well in a team.
