We are seeking an experienced Resource Planning Analyst to provide a wide range of operationalsupport/ service delivery across the organisation (Forecast/ scheduling/ Capacity planning).Our Purpose

  • To get it right first time for our customers
  • Produce and maintain accurate forecasts and resource plans to support our operational aims
  • We believe in servicing customers in the channel of their choicewhich means we need to make sure we have the right people in the right place at the right time
  • To continually strive to improve our forecasting processes to drive greater operational efficiencies
A bit about you. You will
  • Have excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and in writing. Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Minimum two years experience in a contact centre resource planning environment, including forecasting, scheduling, intraday management, and reporting
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Enthusiastic, driven and focused on achieving results
