Job Description

Resource Planning Analyst (Ref: 2394)CheshireCirca £26k + BenefitsPact are pleased to be working with a returning client that is looking for a Resource Planning Analyst to join its contact centre operation.About the roleThe Resource Planning Analyst will be responsible for the efficient and effective planning of a multi-channel contact centre of roughly 100 FTE across both front and back-office environments.You will ensure the business has the right people in the right place at the right time across a multi brand department with multiskilled Advisors.Reporting to the Resource Planning Manager, you will support in the provision of timely support services, including demand forecasts, schedules, real time and system administration - to optimise resources and enhance customer experience.The Resource Planning Analyst will further support customer experience by providing in-depth analysis and insight into customer behaviour across different channels, influencing the customer journey along the way.What we need you to have

  • At least 2 years experience in contact centre resource planning, including forecasting, scheduling, real time and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Detailed knowledge of Excel
  • High attention to detail and numeracy
  • Enthusiastic, driven and focused on achieving results
