Their properties are located in the Cheshire area and are easily accessible from the town centre and on a main bus route.The RoleThe company are recruiting 4 experienced Residential Support Workers. For this role a childrens qualification is required and you must be flexible and able to travel between services.Could you empower their young Adults to make the best out of every daySupport workers are the key to providing outstanding support to the people in their care. While no two days will ever be the same, consistency in approach is key, and although previous experience isnt always necessary, having a can-do attitude with a passionfor care is essential!Through understanding, they will empower each individual to achieve their aspirationsTheir supported people are very active and enjoy having their independence; this is promoted by engaging them in a range of hobbies and activities. The day staff work two shifts on a rota, earlies and lates, helping and guiding the people in their care throughtheir day, to encourage activities and leisure, independent skills and to encourage healthy choices.Benefits:
