They are the UK’s largest off licence operator with a growing convenience offer under our fascias of Bargain Booze, Wine Rack, Select Convenience and Central Convenience across 700 stores.The People Services Officer role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Officer to join their People Services team, at their Head Office in Crewe, Cheshire. Using your proven experience of providing professional transactional people support, youll operate across a generalist remit providing end to end support across the employee life-cycle. This will involve activities such as providing recruitment and onboarding support, producing employee contracts and change letters and transacting of all changes into our systems, ensuring people compliance checks are conducted and following up on actions, conducting exit interviews, producing and analysis of management information and key people metrics for people reporting. You will also get the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as supporting on People projects and/or providing policy or general people advise.The ideal People Services Officer will have the below skills and experience:As an ideal candidate you will have experience of working already in a generalist HR Officer/administration level role and be qualified to degree level in a HR/Business related subject or studying towards your CIPD. You will be a proactive, ‘can do’ person, with the ability to role model a positive, team working culture, representing the People Team in a professional manner to all stakeholders at all times.
