Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Production Operative on behalf of their client to work in PCB Assembly, undertaking inspection, testing and final assembly.Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your main duties will include:* PCB assembly* PCB population* Conventional hand soldering (through-hole)* Hand soldering (SMT)* Wave flow soldering* Inspection, test, final assembly* PIC programming* Cable making* Machining of enclosures* Preparation of related internal and external reports and documentationHours:* 41 hours per week* Monday to Thursday 8am - 5:30pm* Friday 8am - 1pm* Two 15-minute breaks are permitted each day, 10:30am and 3:30pm* A 30-minute lunch break is permitted at 1pm (Monday to Thursday)
