We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our team in Crewe.This position will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of legislation in our Global offices. We operate in countries including Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France and Italy.What would your day to day look like as a Payroll Assistant

  • Production of accurate global payroll reports for our outsourced payroll bureau
  • Support and guidance to employees and managers on payroll-related queries
  • Deal promptly and politely with queries raised by email or over the phone by employees, managers and external suppliers
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee files ensuring all documents are in line with the company processes and data protection requirements
Full training will be provided. What do we expect of you as a Payroll Assistant
  • Ability to communicate in a second language would be desirable
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Helpful, approachable and sensitive to confidentiality issues
