Payroll AnalystCrewe£18k - £20k with bonus & excellent benefitsThe Payroll Analyst is responsible for producing reports and calculations in line with customers SLAs. Working with multiple data sources, the role involves complex data processing and reporting in addition to the management of data and the administration of customer expenditure data.You do not have to have experience in a similar role, however, be advised the use of excel spreadsheets is of significant importance to you being able to carry out this role effectively.Responsibilities- Managing certain key IT systems to ensure up to date and accurate information is inputted, checked and maintained- Creating strong initial relationships with internal and external people to maximise the effectiveness of the role- Analysing payroll reports & stock reports- Running adhoc reports and document creation- Chasing up on payroll queries before month endWhat business skills do you need- Initiate and build strong relationships within team- Numerical, analytical and interpretive skills- Strong organisational & influencing skills- Able to adapt to changing business environments- Proactive approach, identifying opportunities to add value- Able to deliver in a fast-paced and pressurised environment - Continually ensure personal behaviours reflects the vision and values of the businessIf you apply for one of our positions you will automatically register with Jobspot Recruitment Limited.
