Pension Plan Plenty of social events, organised by the Social Task Force Discount schemes Health Cash Plan and Life Insurance PlansTHE ROLEWorking alongside one other Operations Planner, your role as an Operations Administrator will be to work together as a team in the co-ordination of installations, maintaining day to day contact with sites and gaining updates on build program through to installationof our Design schemes. Manage and maintain a detailed, accurate and live installation schedule of all active jobs within the business ensuring all key information is gathered Manage regular communications with all client sites and Client Account Managers to achieve accurate dates and information for installations, schedules, timescales and queries. Lead installation updates during Operations, Sales and RAG meetings Key point of contact for all clients i.e. Site and Sales, ensuring all queries are managed and processed through to resolution. Liaise with relevant Sales/Client Admin team member to ensure Management of extras required/requested by site. Ensure that all planning is updatedincluding the Warehouse & Installation Schedule. Work with the Warehouse Leads, Installation Manager and Styling Manager to effectively plan installations capturing their requirements. Preparing installation packs for the furniture installers and stylists Work as a team with other Operations Planner support with volume of work, client communications and problem solving challenging situations. Maintaining the filing system for the Operations team and ensuring all jobs are filed accurately Manage courier collections/deliveries where required. Working closely within the Operations team, to utilise all resource where support required in the department Escalate to Client Admin Manager / Client Account Managers where appropriate and necessary. Deputise for the Logistics Manager regarding workload planning as and when required.ABOUT YOUIt would be advantageous, (but not essential) to have experience in either Project management or the Construction Industry. However, the successful candidate will possess the following: Excellent verbal & written communication. Ability to communicate across all levels. Customer focussed.
