Job Title:Mortgage BrokerLocation:CreweBryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref:J1176MBMCRemuneration:£22,500 - £26,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, OTE £45k year 1, £70k year 2Overview:A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker to offer mortgage and protection advice working from a busy office with a market leading estate agency in the Crewe area dealing with mortgages up to £600k, with an average property value of £150k, where the mortgage and protection broker should bank £100k - £120k giving an earnings potential of £45k plus.Main Duties:An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join part of a group that includes the largest and most successful independent estate agency group in Europe working from a very busy office in Crewe.Our client is offering the successful applicant to have flexibility in terms of work life balance, you can benefit from flexible working hours if the 2-3 mortgages have been written.The busy branch requires a proactive individual to work alongside the team of introducers to contact existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receiving fresh leads on a day-to-day basis.Covering the busy branch, you will alongside a sale focused team of negotiators and provides regulated advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products. As well as receiving fresh leads from the team on a regular basis, you will also have access to the companys database of existing clients.
