Job Description

Mortgage AdvisorCrewe£25k - £30k basic + bonus and commissionOne of the North Wests fastest-growing financial services Lenders are recruiting Mortgage Advisors to help support their continued growth as a leading name in the industry. The client has a fantastic reputation for the quality service they provide and the strong relationships they build.Due to a recent merger and growth plans, they are looking to grow a team of advisers. Unlike conventional brokers, they dont settle for the status quo. Their clients are the lifeline of their business and providing exceptional customer service is at the forefront of their company values.You will be the face of their business, advising clients and helping them navigate through one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives.You will be responsible for:

  • Building rapport with the customers to allow you to ask open, probing questions to determine the customers requirements and their financial situation
  • Advising customers on their mortgage options
  • Support clients mortgage application, from recommendation through to completion
  • Keeping the client updated throughout the process, so they know exactly what is happening at all times
  • Adhering to the high standard of compliance set by the company
    • The Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of 12 months of industry experience
  • Whole-of-market and BTL experience highly preferred
  • High ethical standards and motivation to adhere to compliance standards
  • Massive customer focus and strive to put the customer at the heart of all you do
  • Strong drive and great work ethic
  • Brilliant communication standards and ability to engage with customers and colleagues
  • Passion for this venture and contributing to its success
  • Ideally Fully CeMap qualified
