Job Description

Marketing Assistant(s)Location: Crewe (On-site)Salary: NegotiableWere delighted to be building out our marketing team to support our regional footprint under our Regional Marketing Manager with the appointment of several Marketing Assistants to assist in pushing forwards the marketing function.These roles are based out of The County Groups head office and will support The County Group along with several of our other businesses within the Midlands and North regions.The day to day:

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Help with the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Follow strict brand guidelines and corporate identity
  • Assist with the implementation of promotional campaigns
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Assist with press releases, drafting and proof reading Bring creative thinking to the table to help develop new marketing campaigns
  • Support the team in updating websites and our intranet
  • Copywriting, create blogs and content for new pages that will be published on the company website
  • Improving the companys presence on all social media channels

  • Ideally youll have exposure to working with illustrator / photoshop / Canva or other relevant design software
  • Experience within a marketing role / environment would be highly beneficial.
  • Youll be able to use WordPress, Mailchimp and Hootsuite coupled with MS Office programs.
  • A skill set that includes good Communication (both written and verbal), influencing, marketing and IT skills coupled with the ability to work well within a team
