Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Graphic Designer to join their team based in Crewe. They are the UK’s largest off licence operator with a growing convenience offer under their fascias of Bargain Booze, Wine Rack, Select Convenience and Central Convenience across over 800 stores.The Lead Graphic Designer role is working in a very fast paced Marketing Team and will include the daily management of all design and artwork, working closely with the Retail Activation Managers and their teams to create monthly promotional campaign concept across all in store and BTL channels.What you will be doing as their Lead Graphic Designer:- Create design solutions that deliver high visual impact and clear customer messaging- Listening and understanding the business needs to help shape graphic design decisions- Managing the day to day production of all design across the brands- Support Retail Activation teams with creative/design and artwork of large format POS in line with brief- Manage the production and scheduling of all design work across the team and with external agencies- Support Retail Activation teams with creative/design and artwork of all advertising collateral including traditional and digital assets- Support wider business functions with any design requests- Consistently develop creativity with distinctive design in line with briefs and guidelines- Brand guardian of all design assets, ensuring tone of voice, messaging and clarity across all communicationsThe idealLead Graphic Designer will have the below skills and experience:ESSENTIAL:- Experience as a Graphic Designer- Can deliver to tight deadlines- Attention to detail, delivering high standards of accuracy- Creative and innovative with a strong visual sense- Up-to-date knowledge of latest Adobe Creative Suite- Organised and can prioritise according to business and team needs, being able to work on several projects at any time- Can present ideas to people in a confident and engaging manner- Resilient when dealing with feedback related to work producedPREFERRED:- Retail Marketing Experience- Agency experienceYou will be adaptable to the needs of a fast growing business whilst maintaining professionalism and work well in a team.
