Escalating where necessary to engineering. Taking ownership of support tickets, ensuring they are actioned, and clientsare kept informed of progress. Assisting clients with access to and understanding of their data and providingguidance in the use of our services Configuring our systems at a basic technical level to instance new services and update ongoing services Updating/helping to produce internal and external documentation of procedures and HowTo guides Taking part in requirement gathering that informs direction of future development and projects. Taking part in testing of new products and features and feeding back to engineering.Essential Skills Good communications skills and a professional attitude to meeting customerrequirements Ability to work for extended periods without supervision and to take soleresponsibility for tasks. Diligence and attention to detail. Network configuration and support experience Office 365Beneficial skills Experience with support ticketing systems e.g. FreshdeskWe are a small team with high flexibility and tasks vary day to day.
