HR Business Partner - Crewe - £40,000 - £50,000Are youre an Experienced HR professional looking for your next contract I am currently recruiting for a extremely well recognised organisation who are look for a HR business Partner to support their UK wide operation, supported by 2 HR Advisors and a Administrator.The purpose of this role is to partner with the assigned business area and to deliver a full HR Business Partnering service, mentoring HR Advisors to deliver best in class, commercial HR Advice into the business area as well as: To role model Health and Safety leadership in line with standards and values To live and breathe the values and apply them to all activity within the scope of the role Acting as a member of the People team, helping to implement the people agenda Take relevant accountability for the delivery of the people agenda into the assigned business area, but making it work in all the various business units, so there is sensible consistency across the group Partnering with business leaders in all people related issues including:o Complianceo Employee engagemento Organisational designo Change managemento Restructures and redundancyo Rewardo Resourcing (working with the Resourcing team)o Learning & Development (working with the L&D team) Build strong relationships with the business leadership team to drive the people agenda in Infrastructure Act as an ambassador for all the people functions of HR, Resourcing and Training. Championing all initiatives and supporting the teams with energy and enthusiasm Broker the services of the central HR, Resourcing and Training teams into the business area Coach and mentor the HR Advisors in Infrastructure to enable them to manage all casework and people issues effectively and commercially Coach and mentor the HR Advisors to enable them to manage all casework and people issues effectively and commercially Determine the portfolio of each HR Advisor within the business area To support the Head of Shared Services HR in the continuous review all HR procedures, policies and processes to make them more effective, efficient and user friendly. Partnering with the Head of Shared Services HR on difficult or complex employment law cases and issuesTo be successful in this role you will be: Experienced HR Business Partner with at least 3 years experience in a business facing role Happy to travel nationally as required by the business Able to build relationships quickly with different people at all levels Able to handle multiple different stakeholders and conflicting priorities Able to offer advice that takes into account risk (commercial, reputational, financial) as well as HR best practice Line Management experience Excellent project management skills Ability to balance the operational with the strategic Able to make the complex simple A can do attitude; energetic and enthusiastic to get the job done Customer service focussed- able to apply service principles to internal processes and proceduresBenefits: £40,000 - ££50,000dependent on experience Onsite parkingFor immediate impact apply online now
