This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a global organisation based in Crewe, Cheshire. The role is offered on a contract basis until March with a potential option to go perm.As HR Advisor you will be supporting a team of HR Business Partners with a range of activities across employee relations, change and HR operational work.This is a head office based role providing a first class HR service to both Managers and Employees of the commercial division consisting of around 300 employees.Responsibilities include;*Employer Relations Case work : - Grievance, sickness, absence, performance, disciplinary, dismissal*Providing professional HR advice to managers and employees on policy, procedures*Support the HR Business Partner with a range of activities, supporting employee engagement and performance.*Providing support to an onsite HR Manager onsite HR ManagerWe are seeking HR Advisors with experience of working in a fast paced HR Shared Services environment who are able to start immediately an commit to the 3 months contract. Applicants must be at least CIPD Level 5 Qualified.Previous experience within a call Centre, contact centre would be advantagous Required skills
