They punch well above their weight within the market with exciting growth plans with providers across the globe. An opportunity has now arisen for a Head of Software Testing manager individual to join. This person will be integral to the business and business strategy.The opportunityI am looking for a Test Manager or Head of test individual who will be responsible for managing a big team of approximately 30-40 testers both onshore and offshore. The plan is to build a brand-new test team within the UK and bring all the test functions inhouse being a part of the strategical direction. Your day to day work will be mentoring cross functional teams as well as being part of designing the test solutions as they develop and expand their test capacity within the organisation. You will be able to manage the hiring budget, put your stamp on what you want test to look like within the organisation and develop the testing arena from its beginning from the ground up. This opportunity will largely be hands off with you being hands on only when required.Technical skills
