Field Sales Manager - New Business.£50,000 plus yearly bonusWe are working with a highly respected, global manufacturing organisation who have a rare opportunity to join their thriving Sales Team based from their UK Head Office in Crewe. This is a full time, permanent position working across the Midlands and North areasof the UK.The Sales Manager is accountable for the for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned market, within specific areas of the UK. Working alongside other Field Sales Managers, this role is strategic to the development and tacticalimplementation of new business generation.* Generate new and profitable revenue for the business* Form dynamic relationships and generate opportunities through high levels of activity* Prepare, complete and submit formal business tenders and proposals* Monitor and manage personal sales budgets, pipeline tracking to ensure attainment of business objectives* Manage KPI targets* Monitory competitor and industry developments and key trends* Remain professional, manage projects and maintain a resilient and positive mindset* Positively impacts the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing field support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies, and customer communication tools.For a successful Field Sales Manager working with new business, the role requires an individual with extensive experience within a similar role - demonstrating the winning and maintenance of new business, with high value.* Experience within sales as a field salesperson - either across the Midlands or North of the UK* Have worked within manufacturing, power generation, nuclear or civil renewables - or similar* Strong oral and written communication skills* Proven ability to meet quotas and objectives* Experience setting sales goals* Results-oriented with strong analytical skills* Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices* Proficient in Microsoft Office* Strong sales planner* Proven negotiator* Ability to motivate* Ability to build strong relationships* Exceptional closing techniques* Superior communicator* Active listener* Strong analytical thinker and implementerThis is an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to join a fantastic, values-based employer who genuinely cares about their people.
