The role is a Hybrid role which will require the candidate to work on site 2 days a week and 3 days from home, working normal office hours. The role will be for ending in Jan 2024.Energy Management Engineer (Contractor)The Function:The Whole Vehicle Energy Management team is accountable for managing Bentleys product and fleet CO2 and Energy Consumption performance to set targets, throughout the Product Emergence Process (PEP).The objective of the team is to reduce Bentleys carbon footprint by effectively managing the reduction of product CO2 & by minimising the whole vehicle energy consumption whilst maximising performance.Contractor Deliverables Include: About the role:The Energy Management Engineer role is within our Whole Vehicle Engineering - Energy Management department reporting to the Function Manager and is accountable for providing in-depth technical knowledge and guidance to aid and deliver all CO2, consumptionand range prognosis activities to ensure the achievement of business objectives to the defined Product Emergence Process on time and within budget.
