The company are at the forefront of digital marketing transformation and are an industry leading, international company. They are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join the team as a Digital Marketing Executive. You will be responsiblefor creating email campaigns, developing and building HTML email templates (desirable), monitoring email quality and testing emails to ensure they render correctly across multiple email clients and devices. In addition to this, you should be able to meet deadlinesand multi-task effectively. A genuine enthusiasm for everything digital is a must! They are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is eager to learn and develop new skills, embrace flexibility, and be an integral part of wider team.Hours of work: Mon-Fri 830-5Key duties and responsibilities: Create and implement automated and targeted/BAU email campaigns that will drive leads into the business. Manage a broad range of high-volume campaigns across multiple products and verticals. Implement A/B testing programs and report on and apply learnings. Follow best practice around GDPR. Report and analyse key metrics and actively make recommendations to improve overall email performance. Aid in evaluating performance and improve the process through lessons learned. HTML template coding and cross browser/email client rendering (desirable) Troubleshoot HTML email rendering issues. Responsible for the creation of automated journeys across the customer lifecycle for multiple products and verticals. Ensure email campaigns are running and tracking properly. Escalation of issues to senior management as necessary and appropriate. Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practicesPerson specification: One year of experience within digital marketing. Experience using an ESP or marketing automation platform. A working knowledge of email and SMS delivery platforms and related products. Experience in B2B and B2C marketing. Experience in building/designing mobile responsive email HTML templates (desirable) Understanding of cross browser/email compatibility issues. Track record of delivery in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional team with multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work multiple across multiple and varied projects. Willingness to learn and desire to progress.
