Job Description

Debt Recovery Specialist role at a well known business based in Crewe. This role offers study support and will pay a salary up to £25,000Client DetailsPage Personnel are working with a highly successful, diverse, and constantly evolving business. They are going through an exciting period of growth, and are looking for a Debt Recovery Specialist to join their team.DescriptionDebt Recovery Specialist duties include:

  • Daily contact with debtors via Telephone, SMS, E-mail, Payment links and Letter
  • Keeping accurate and complete records of all customer contact
  • Escalation of accounts and issues as required
  • Corresponding with insolvency practitioners, solicitors and other outsource partners
  • Use all available methods to trace un-contactable debtors
  • Overcome debtor objections and resolve queries/disputes
  • Negotiating and maintaining payment plans
  • Maintaining sales ledger and liaising with the finance team
  • Issue new county court claims via Money Claim online and take each claim through to a conclusion
ProfileThe candidate will have:
  • Experience working within a similar role - Desirable
  • Ability to negoatiate and resolve queries/disputes - Required
  • High attention to detail - Required
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload - Required
  • Ability to work effectively towards deadlines - Required
