Database AnalystHybrid roleHQ CreweDatabase Analyst (SQL, BI, Excel) Hybrid approach mix of office & working from home Excellent varied opportunity where you will be involved in several important data projects at one time. This role requires working with Excel, SQL, SQL Server BI stack andif you have any experience of SSRS and/or SSIS this would be highly advantageous but not essential. You will join a professional talented data team working on a monthly billing process. The role heavily involves BI and ad hoc data requests, investigating reportsand producing reports for senior management. Strong Excel and Macro experience is essential as you will be working with relational databases and processing large, complex datasets. The role requires multitasking, where you can self-manage your priorities whilstdelivering quality. Direct experience working with relational databases, processing large, complex datasets to high level of accuracy is essential for this role along with SQL. Querying and extracting data, using stored procedures and functions, designingdatabases, queryoptimisation etc using Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server BI Stack,Creation and maintenance of reports using Reporting Services (SSRS), Creation and maintenance of ETL packages using Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft Excel to an advanced level, using complex formula and manipulating large data sets. Examples of theirdata projects include the careful migration of acquired businesses into the company and working with the in-house software development team. Helping maintain and expand the extensive databases, data pricing tariffs using a MSSQL billing platform. Developingand maintaining SQL stored procedures, functions, and views to improve system functionality.
