This role will mainly involve answering customer queries by phone, instant chat, and emails.We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader who is attentive, supportive and has a fantastic can do attitude! Resolve issues as they arise, referring to management as necessary Maintain an awareness of current promotions and product changes Mentor the team and develop up-selling and add-on techniques Monitor fraudulent activity, process replacement orders Manage customer queries and provide a fantastic customer experience Generate customer interest in the companys own branded products. Delight customers by going the extra mile. Offer help and support to other staff members, when needed.Skills Required: A genuine passion and interest for Customer Service- a real people person Strong decision-making skills Patient, gets job satisfaction from helping others Experience of leading a team preferred 2 years of customer experience required- complaint handling experience necessary Naturally positive communicator- both written and verbal.
